Your giving enables us to fulfill the vision God has given us to impact this city!

Check out four specific ways you can invest in the efforts of Saint Luke’s below.

Leadership supports the Church, but it takes financial resources to support the ministry. Our Partners of Faith are individuals who sow a $75.00 seed above their Tithe and Offering once per month. These funds are used to support different ministry areas and the overall work of the church. Everybody is eligible and anyone can become a Partner.

Our Ministry of Kindness offering helps others who are in need of financial assistance. Giving to this ministry goes a long way in helping persons to obtain food, clothing and even shelter. Any amount given is greatly appreciated.

The Fruit of any sustained increase in your income such as a raise, is given to God. This is considered the First Fruit. Unlike the tithe which is a 10th of your paycheck and is likely given weekly or monthly, the First Fruit is given once. Therefore, if I receive a $100 increase in my salary, the first $100 goes to God. In all subsequent paychecks, you keep the increase.

“Give God the first, and the best, and HE will bless the rest”.

All firsts belong to God! — “Honor the LORD with your possessions, and with the firstfruits of all your increase; so your barns will be filled with plenty, and your vats will overflow!” (Proverbs 3:9 – 10 NKJV).

When you come into the land which I give you and reap its harvest, then you shall bring a sheaf of the first fruits of your harvest to the priest” (Leviticus 23:10 NIV).

The Tithe is a 10th of any financial resource that comes into your possession. Unlike the First Fruit, the tithe is given more regularly and is the amount that you designate first before anything else.

“Bring all the tithes into the storehouse so there will be enough food in my Temple. If you do,” says the Lord of Heaven’s Armies, “I will open the windows of heaven for you. I will pour out a blessing so great you won’t have enough room to take it in! Try it! Put me to the test! Your crops will be abundant, for I will guard them from insects and disease. Your grapes will not fall from the vine before they are ripe…”‭‭Malachi‬ ‭3:10-11‬ ‭NLT‬‬

When one thinks about the offering certain words come to mind such as give, tribute and gracious. In terms of money, the offering is an amount that we graciously give to God either above or beside the tithe. This is usually any amount and is always accepted by God when given cheerfully and from the heart.
